STREETSCAPES PUBLIC ART PROJECT IN JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY
In May 2009, several local artists were hired to transform seven traffic utility boxes within the Central Avenue shopping district into works of art for residents, visitors, and shoppers to enjoy as they take a stroll down Central Avenue.
